  • • US$ 275 million private placement for a newly established Brazilian oil company.
  • • Gasene Project: US$ 2 billion project finance for the construction of a pipeline linking the Northeast and Southeast regions of Brazil.
  • • Urucu-Manaus Project: US$ 1.1 billion project finance for the construction of pipelines linking Urucu, in the Amazon, to Manaus.
