UTE Araucária, a natural gas-fired power plant with a 484.1 megawatt (MW) installed capacity, now enriches Âmbar Energia’s portfolio. Committed to a 100% renewable energy mix, Copel divested its majority share (81.2%) in UEG Araucária (UEGA) for R$ 395 million, underscoring its dedication to sustainable growth. Petrobras also participated, selling its 18.8% stake. 🌱
