With more than 27 years of experience, he has worked for Shell Brazil and its subsidiaries as the lead counsel for the Northeast and Rio de Janeiro regions. Later he was general legal counsel for litigation representing the companies throughout Brazil. He was also founder and active partner of a law firm based in Rio de Janeiro, with sound practice in corporate, commercial, tax, regulatory, environment, real estate, insurance and litigation before the main State courts and Superior courts of the country.  Represents domestic and foreign companies from several sectors, mainly from the infrastructure, energy and natural resources areas.
